Terms and conditions as below:

1) If you have any disputes with your order. Please request for a refund/return within 3 days of your order being delivered to you.

2) In the event the buyer fails to confirm receipt of the items/products within 3 days from date of delivery, the management will not hesitate to transfer the monies due to the seller. Any complain for refund/return after 3 days will not be entertained.

3) In the event of any further disputes the buyer may file an immediate complain via email to our customer service at sparklingseas.jewelry@gmail.com 

a. Did not receive the product.

b. Received the wrong product.

c. Received damaged items/products.

d. The buyer may also contact the seller to discuss on how to resolve this matter.
